The Recruitment: Our Talent Acquisition Specialist invites the highest quality Nannies that match the profile to the interview table.
The Pre-Screen: We check the principal requirements
2 to 5 childcare-related references
Driver’s License, Photo ID, and Visa verification (if applicable)
A current First Aid/CPR certificate
An apparent Criminal Record Check
The Assessment: We interview and test the nanny’s values, personality, strengths, and areas of opportunity. We also assess the nanny’s knowledge and parental style. It is crucial to get to know each of the Nannies honestly.
The Connection: We will send you the three candidates that best match your needs and coordinate the interviews for you and the candidates under consideration. We schedule an hour of free play with the child during this time.
The Placement: We will support you in the negotiation, hiring, and starting process. We will work together!
